01About
Meet
Rita Sousa.
Rita is a Lisbon-based dancer, dance teacher, and fire performer. Her work moves between commercial and conceptual, using heels as a language for power, softness, and everything in between.
She has danced in a music video for Jorge Palma, performed alongside Mimicat at the Portuguese Women's Cup final at Estádio do Jamor, and taken fire performance to the stage. For the past three years she has also taught Heels and other styles, bringing the same precision and presence to the studio that she brings to every performance.
